### What is the difference between outsourcing and recruitment at CMS?
With outsourcing (CMS Nepal), staff work at your site but stay on CMS payroll, and we handle salary, SSF, PF, supervision and stand-in cover. With recruitment (CMS Connect), we headhunt and place permanent employees on your own payroll, backed by a replacement warranty.

### Who handles hotel and restaurant staffing?
Only CMS Hospitality. Hospitality roles need specialist skills, so all hospitality recruitment, outsourcing, casual staffing, consulting and training is done by CMS Hospitality and its training academy.

### Does CMS manage SSF and PF compliance for outsourced staff?
Yes. Outsourced staff are employed by CMS Nepal, which runs payroll and statutory compliance including Social Security Fund (SSF) and Provident Fund (PF) contributions.
